Cherry’s Yggdrasil Gaming has announced its plans to launch iSENSE 2.0+, an upgraded version of its HTML client framework, designed to enhance players’ user experiences.

The upgrade will include a new minimalistic user interface (UI) which will be available for both desktop and mobile casinos, as well as an enhanced framework which facilitates in-game deposits, without players needing to leave the game client to visit the deposit screen. Retina Display Screens and Force Touch will be supported on future games and splash screens will become available later in the year.

The upgrade will go fully live in the summer, although some game titles will offer the features sooner.

“iSENSE 2.0+ is yet another game-changer from Yggdrasil, so we are delighted to announce its upcoming launch,” stated Krzysztof Opalka, chief product officer at Yggdrasil. “Several of the new features are already available for operators to trial, and we will be rolling out the full framework in the coming months.”

“We are always looking at ways to enhance the user experience, and iSENSE 2.0+ has been designed with exactly this in mind.”

Yggdrasil’s new portrait-mode Power Plant Slot will be the first to use the enhanced HTML client framework. The 5×8 reel game features 82 paylines and scrollable paytables, designed to be played in portrait mode.

“Power Plant is a game which allows players to enjoy a video slot to its fullest, offering a whole new gaming experience,” explained Jonas Strandman, head of gaming at Yggdrasil. “Re-spin features and big wins are given out frequently, so even a short session brings lots of action.”

Mr Strandman has guaranteed that using the new framework will offer a wide range of options for the company to develop unique titles in future.
