Elements the Awakening is a space-themed slots game that centres around the four elements and includes two water symbols, two fire symbols, two air symbols and two earth symbols. There is also a wild symbol that substitutes for other symbols to create a winning combination.

The game includes an avalanche feature that makes the symbols fall onto the reels. If a winning combination is created, the included symbols will explode, making way for new symbols to fall into place for the chance to create a new winning combination. There is an avalanche meter that records up to four avalanche wins and changes colour to represent the element that is leading the avalanche wins in that round.

When the avalanche feature ends, one of the four Free Falls Storm bonus features will be activated. This bonus includes an energy metre with four sections, each representing an element and the feature that you play will depend on which element is dominant on the metre.

• Air Storm – air wilds drop onto the reels and remain in place for the remainder of the bonus round.
• Fire Storm – fire wilds appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 and can spread to reels one and five.
• Earth Storm – earth wilds appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 and remain in place for the rest of the bonus round.
